I originally came to Nancy for help with my second child when he was a toddler. We thought we knew what we were doing with him, but his behavior (and our reaction to it) was making everyone upset. When we saw Nancy, we took lots of notes and worked hard to follow all of her recommendations. Within a couple of weeks, we saw dramatic improvements.
